Sales & Delivery Policy Please note that due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Plotters are considered a specialty item and may take 3–10 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If you choose to pay through Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or any third-party financing/payment service, your order will not ship until the bank or financing provider fully releases the funds to us. Processing times may vary depending on the provider, and this may extend the shipping timeline.
All orders are thoroughly inspected and packaged securely prior to shipping. In the rare case of damage during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can file a claim with the carrier.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this policy, and agree not to initiate a chargeback or reversal for reasons covered under this agreement.
